A parent who is already driving says so — school run at 07:40, three seats. Another parent takes one for a named child, in a single tap, and it is settled. Nothing to read back, nobody asking for a favour.

It all happens inside a circle: one class, one team, one street, joined only on the invitation of someone already in it. There is no search, no discovery and no strangers, and children's names never leave the circle they were shared with.

We build for the parts of daily life that are small, repeated and quietly exhausting — the school run, the afternoon nobody has covered, the form that has to be signed before Friday. None of these are large problems. They are simply the ones that take up the day, and they are badly served because they look too ordinary to be worth solving properly.

The ambition is not local. What people arrange for each other on a Tuesday morning looks much the same in Salzburg as it does anywhere else, and a tool that genuinely works should travel. But it has to work somewhere first. So every product begins with one real group of people who already know each other, and it is finished with them before it is offered to anyone else. Forty families served properly teaches more than forty thousand served approximately.

Youmala is seed funded and building. Nothing has been released yet. We expect to raise a larger round once a pilot has shown us what we actually have, rather than in advance of knowing.
